What SNF Shark is
SNF Shark organises public data about skilled-nursing facilities — published by CMS, HUD, and state Medicaid agencies — and lets you group facilities into portfolios and analyse them.
What it isn't
It is a research tool, not advice. Nothing in SNF Shark is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or medical advice, and it is not a recommendation to make any transaction or care decision. You are responsible for your own conclusions and for verifying anything you rely on.
The underlying government data is published by third parties on their own schedules. It can be incomplete, delayed, restated, or wrong, and we present it as we receive it. We describe how each figure is derived on our methodology and data-sources pages. We don't warrant that the service or the data is accurate, complete, or available without interruption.
Acceptable use
Don't use SNF Shark to break the law, don't try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, and don't attempt to disrupt the service. Note that the underlying CMS and HUD data is public domain and free for you to obtain from the source directly.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You can stop using SNF Shark at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. How we handle personal data is covered in our Privacy notice.
Changes
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of the page.
